Brisket is a cut of beef that comes from under the Short Rib. Fresh brisket rubbed with House Made brisket rub smoked over charcoal 10-15 hours then tossed in House Made brisket sauce. Dinner is served with French fries, baked beans, corn bread and coleslaw.
We BBQ different meats such as BBQ chicken legs, brisket, ribs and more. Catering is available upon request.

Went to the Smokin Q for the first time this evening and the ribs were better than many we've tried. Their bacon cheese burger and poutine is right up there too. I know we will be going back again and I will definitely recommend it to our friends.
