Crispy fries deep-fried to golden perfection in canola oil.
Platter includes full rack (12 bones) of fall-off-the-bone ribs seasoned with cracked black pepper and kosher salt, smoked over charcoal 5-6 hours, lathered in House Made Kansas sauce. Served with fries, coleslaw, cornbread, baked beans, and drink.
We BBQ different meats such as BBQ chicken legs, brisket, ribs and more. Catering is available upon request.

Went to the Smokin Q for the first time this evening and the ribs were better than many we've tried. Their bacon cheese burger and poutine is right up there too. I know we will be going back again and I will definitely recommend it to our friends.
